Lea Hurst

Lea Hurst is a Senior Marine Operations Manager at Vestas, where they continue to develop their expertise in marine operations. Previously, Lea served as Head of Fleet at CWind and held various positions, including Marine Manager and Vessel Superintendent, throughout their career. Lea also has experience as a Master and Marine Superintendent with Seacat Services, where they commanded vessels and ensured compliance with safety regulations. Additionally, Lea volunteered as a crew member with the RNLI from 2010 to 2014, contributing to lifesaving efforts at sea.
