Mads Damgaard is currently the Functional Lead Global Offshore Support Structure Solutions at Vestas, a position they have held since 2024. Previously, Mads worked at MHI Vestas Offshore Wind as a Specialist and earned a PhD. Before that, they served as a Lead Engineer at Vestas from 2010 to 2015. Mads holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering and a Doctor of Philosophy in Civil Engineering from Aalborg Universitet, completed in 2010 and 2014, respectively.
