Mona Alidadi

Mona Alidadi is currently an Offshore Shift Lead at Vestas, where they have taken on roles such as Interim Site Manager and Project Manager in various offshore wind projects. With earlier experience as an Offshore Cluster Planner and Offshore Service Planner, they contributed to the Upgrades and Aftersales department. Mona earned a Master's degree in Management from Solvay Business School (VUB) and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Cum Laude, from Tulane University, where they also worked as a Research Assistant.
