Peter Færmann is a Danish attorney admitted to the Danish Bar, currently serving as a Senior Legal Advisor at Vestas. With extensive experience in commercial contracts, company law, and M&A from leading Copenhagen law firms, they have also worked with Siemens Gamesa and Siemens Wind Power, focusing on international contracts in the offshore wind sector. Peter has contributed to legal training and the development of templates for company law and M&A. They hold a Master’s degree in Law from Aarhus Universitet.
