Rose Pierce

Rose Pierce has extensive experience in health, safety, and environmental management across various industries, currently serving as the Head of Service Health, Safety and Environment for Asia Pacific and China at Vestas since July 2021. Rose has also held multiple roles at Jemena, including HSEQ Improvement Program Delivery Lead and HSE Strategy, Systems and Analytics Manager, from April 2016 to July 2021. Previous experience includes positions at CPB Contractors as a Quality Engineer & Safety Administrator and at Thiess in various HSEQ roles from February 2007 to April 2016. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology, Infection and Immunology from the University of Melbourne, a Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety from Pinnacle Safety, a Diploma of Nursing from Box Hill Institute, and PROSCI Change Management training from Being Human.
