Ted Johnson

Ted Johnson is an experienced professional with a diverse background in military and commercial sectors. From February 2007 to February 2009, Ted served as an Officer Programs Recruiter for the U.S. Navy, efficiently processing over 100 applicants and cutting application times by 50%. Prior roles in the Navy included Electrical Officer on the USS Peleliu, where management of electrical machinery maintenance and personnel training was key, and Weapons & Ordnance Officer on the USS Port Royal, overseeing significant weapon systems and managing operations for a substantial ordnance inventory. Following military service, Ted was a Project Manager at BAE Systems, contributing to naval upgrades, and held several leadership roles at GE Aviation, where strategies were developed to significantly enhance sales performance.
