Peter Drobec

Peter Drobec has a diverse work experience in engineering and software development roles. Peter is currently the Director of Engineering at Vestberry since July 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Software Engineering at Quest Software from March 2021 to July 2022. Before that, they held the positions of VP of Engineering and Senior Engineering Manager at Quadrotech from November 2020 to March 2021 and July 2019 to October 2020, respectively. Peter has also worked as a Quality Assurance Engineering Manager and Technical Test Lead at Konica Minolta, Inc. from November 2017 to June 2019 and January 2016 to April 2018, respectively. Additionally, they have experience with SolarWinds as a Test Lead, Senior QA Engineer, and QA Engineer from July 2015 to December 2015, January 2014 to June 2015, and September 2012 to December 2013, respectively. Furthermore, they worked as a Test Analyst at ANETE s.r.o. from August 2011 to August 2012 and as a Localization Engineer at Moravia IT from January 2009 to June 2009.

Peter Drobec holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Informatics from Masaryk University Brno, as well as a Master's degree in Service Science, Management, and Engineering from the same institution. In addition, they have obtained multiple certifications from LinkedIn, including training in emotional intelligence, agile coaching, leadership, software testing, and various programming principles and technologies.
