Since its establishment in 2000, A family-run business, by Deniz and Gina Sivasli, the Vestbuild brand has evolved over two decades to embrace house, land, and townhome developments. Vestbuild recognises the need for quality, affordable and sustainable housing in Australia. Via a strong foundation that merges design, sustainability and affordability, we have delivered quality homes for investors and owner-occupiers across metropolitan and regional Victoria.

As a family run business, the creation of spaces that are inviting and designed to promote wellbeing and social connection is integral to what we do. Vestbuild’s comprehensive service capabilities integrate each phase from land acquisition, design, development and construction, right through to capital funding, sales and project management.

From the very beginning, Vestbuild has existed to shape communities that support the Australian way of life through the homes that define them. Our vision is to develop vibrant communities and in turn, shape the sustainable future for our clients. Together our design philosophy and our values work hand in hand to engage, transform and define the experience of community for future generations.
