Shannon Yates

Shannon Yates has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Shannon began their career at Virco as a Mechanical Designer, before moving on to Bosch as a Manufacturing Engineer. Shannon then worked at Pack Engineering, Inc. as an Electrical Designer. After that, they joined Dassault Falcon Jet as an Electrical Engineer, specializing in Avionics Design. Shannon then joined Dell, where they held positions as a Test Engineer and later as a Software Engineer, primarily focusing on automation and integration of various software solutions. Their most recent role was at Vestcom International Inc., where they held several leadership positions, including Director of Enterprise Architecture and Director of Software Engineering, where they spearheaded the development of various platforms and teams.

Shannon Yates attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Following this, they pursued postgraduate studies in Business Administration and Management, General at Texas A&M University-Commerce. Shannon also pursued postgraduate studies in Computer Science at Texas State University. In addition to these, they obtained an Associate of Science (AS) degree in CAD/CADD Drafting and/or Design Technology/Technician from the University of Arkansas - Pulaski Technical College.
