Laura Smith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and executive education. Currently a member at VEST since December 2022, Laura also serves as the Managing Director and Co-Founder of Calabr Consulting since January 2016. Previous roles include Director of Executive Education at Rice University from 2012 to 2015 and Client Manager for Executive Education at Rice University from 2010 to 2011. Laura's career began at Hyatt Hotels Corporation, where Laura worked as a Human Resources Coordinator from 2006 to 2009, and included an internship at Walt Disney World in early 2002. Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Penn State University and a Certificate of Achievement in Leadership Coaching from the Rice University Doerr Institute for New Leaders.
