Sue Ringus has cultivated a diverse career with significant contributions across various industries. Currently serving as an Elementary Librarian at Norman Public Schools since August 2024, Ringus has realized a lifelong passion for education. Previously, as the Owner of Social Greenery from November 2021 to November 2023, Ringus led a social enterprise focused on sustainable products. A notable tenure as Director at The Ronnie K. Irani Center for the Creation of Economic Wealth involved guiding consulting projects for entrepreneurs and mentoring university students. Earlier experiences include roles with McKinsey & Company as an Engagement Manager, where Ringus undertook multiple strategic projects, and various positions in business development and marketing at organizations like Cargill and marchFIRST. Academically, Ringus holds a BS in Industrial & Labor Relations from Cornell University, an MBA in Strategy and Finance from the University of Michigan, and both a Master’s degree and a certificate in Library and Information Studies and Data Analytics from the University of Oklahoma.
