Simone Spear

Simone Spear is a capital projects executive with over two decades of program and project management experience, specializing in mission-critical and large-scale construction initiatives. They have delivered $1.2 billion in new construction and implemented controls on projects and programs totaling $15.3 billion. Simone's background includes serving as a First Lieutenant in the United States Air Force and holding positions at various companies, including Clark Construction Group and PwC. They are currently the Director of Project Management at Vestian and are pursuing an MBA at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, alongside a BS in Architecture from the University of Michigan.
