Mischa Weise

Mischa Weise's work experience includes various roles in different companies.

- Mischa started working at Accenture in 2008 as a Management Consulting Manager. They specialized in program/project management, workshop facilitation, and end-user training. They had experience working with Global 500 clients in multiple industries such as capital markets, banking, and life science. Mischa worked at Accenture until December 2017.

- In 2018, Mischa joined Capco as a Principal Consultant. They held a leadership position with delivery accountability, team development responsibility, and revenue/sales targets. They led global transformations for top-tier banks throughout the full business delivery life cycle. Mischa worked at Capco until February 2020.

- From April to July 2020, Mischa worked as an Agile Coach at SIX Digital Exchange.

- From October 2020 to January 2021, Mischa worked as a Digital Transformation Consultant at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd.

- Currently, Mischa is working at vestr as VP Clients, starting in February 2021.

Mischa Weise obtained a Master's Degree in Information Technology and Electrical Engineering from ETH Zürich, which spanned from 2000 to 2007. Additionally, they have acquired several certifications including Professional Scrum Master I from Scrum.org in March 2020, Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in February 2020, and Certified SAFe® 5 Program Consultant from Scaled Agile, Inc. in August 2020.
