Kyle Zook

Kyle Zook, PMP, currently serves as a Project Manager at Vesuvius, a position held since November 2023. Prior to this role, Kyle was the Operational Excellence Manager at Dart Container from 2021 to April 2023, where responsibilities included coaching and mentoring 245 employees in lean manufacturing tools and planning A3 strategies while monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs). From 2013 to 2021, Kyle worked at Arcosa Inc. as an AMET Project Manager, overseeing advanced manufacturing and capital projects ranging from $10K to $5M, and as a Continuous Improvement Manager, driving lean manufacturing implementation and managing the continuous improvement engineering department. Kyle holds an Associate of Science degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology/Technician from Parkland College.
