Thomas Roloson

Thomas Roloson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the refractories and materials industry. Currently serving as the Technical Manager for Iron & Steel at Vesuvius since October 2018, Roloson provides technical support for sales and marketing within the Advanced Refractories division for the NAFTA region. Previous roles include serving as a Research Consultant at both United States Steel Corporation and United States Steel, along with positions such as Vice President of Sales & Technology at Wahl Refractory Solutions where oversight of sales, marketing, and research was critical. Additional experience includes general management and operational roles at Lafarge North America and Martin Marietta Magnesia Specialties, demonstrating a strong background in P&L responsibility and team management. Thomas Roloson holds a BS in Ceramic Engineering from Alfred University.
