Lars Høeg

Lars Høeg is a business leader with a background in auditing and accounting, and they have been involved in top management and ownership of private enterprises since 1998. They are experienced in turnaround and change management, including communicating with banks and other stakeholders, and their general management competence centers on strategy, financing, economics, and HR. They previously served as Managing Director and part owner of Danish Air Transport A/S from 2003 to 2014, growing the company from 130 to 340 employees. Their current roles include Managing Partner at Plus Business Partner, CEO and owner of Bæklund Consult & Invest ApS, and serving on the boards of Vetaphone A/S and Maskinfabrikken Silkeborg Spåntagning A/S. They earned the MSc in Business Economics and Auditing from Syddansk Universitet (cand.merc.aud) (1991–1995), the Graduate Diploma in Business Administration – Accounting and Financial Management (HD-R) (1986–1990), and completed the INSEAD Executive Management Programme (2007–2008).
