Matthew Winter is the Vice President of VetCT USA. Matthew has dedicated their life to helping animals and furthering veterinary education. Matthew started their career as an assistant professor at Iowa State University College of Veterinary Medicine. From there, they went on to be the Executive Vice President of Veterinary Education at The NAVC. In their current position, they are continuing their work to help animals and educate others about veterinary medicine.

Matthew Winter attained a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The Johns Hopkins University. Afterwards, they went on to pursue their Doctor of Veterinary Medicine at Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine. Currently, they are completing a Radiology Residency in Veterinary Diagnostic Imaging at Tufts University Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine.
