Lacey Hall

Lacey Hall serves as the VP of Human Resources at Vetsource since December 2021, leading a diverse team within HR Centers of Excellence, focusing on Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, and Inclusion and Diversity initiatives. Prior to this role, Lacey was the Senior Director for HRBPs and Talent Management at Vetsource, enhancing HR's business partner capabilities while supporting talent management and diversity efforts. Lacey's experience includes HR Manager positions at Edwards Vacuum and Lumber Products, where strategic HR management contributed to significant organizational growth. Previous roles also include Director of Human Resources at Northwest Pump and a short-term consulting assignment for Jeld-Wen. Lacey holds a Bachelor of Science in Management and Marketing from the University of Oregon.
