Lance Laughlin

Lance Laughlin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Oracle Applications and timekeeping systems. Currently serving as a Senior Oracle Cloud Developer at Vetsource since January 2024, Lance previously held the position of Program Manager for Timekeeping at Banfield Pet Hospital from September 2021 to February 2023, where responsibilities included optimizing the Kronos timekeeping system. Prior to that, a tenure at Mars Veterinary Health featured roles such as Senior Developer in Oracle Applications, specializing in SQL and PL/SQL development, and leading conversions from HCM Fusion to Workday. Lance's career began in 2004 at Banfield Pet Hospital, progressing through various roles including Associate Payroll Specialist and Oracle Applications Specialist, demonstrating a comprehensive background in payroll processing and Oracle system optimization. Educational foundations were established at Portland Community College and Clark College, following an initial education at Greeley Central High School.
