Loni Attrell is an accomplished talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in high-volume recruitment and strategic workforce planning across various organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at VetStrategy since September 2025, Loni previously held key roles at Amazon from March 2019 to September 2025, including Senior Manager of Global Talent Acquisition, where innovative solutions were championed to streamline recruitment workflows. Other notable positions include Director of Talent Acquisition & Talent Management at ADT Security Services Canada and Manager of Talent Acquisition at Celestica.
