With over 13 years of experience in the veterinary industry, they have progressed from entry-level roles to leadership positions, managing 300+ team members and generating over $50M in annual revenue. Stacey is passionate about mentoring emerging leaders, fostering operational efficiency, and creating strong team cultures. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Anthropology from the University of Calgary, which they earned in 2016.
