Fredrik Jensen

Fredrik Jensen has a diverse work experience in design and development roles. Fredrik is currently working as a Tech Lead at Vev since September 2021. Prior to that, from 2018 to August 2021, they worked as an Independent Consultant, specializing in frontend development. During this time, they built user-friendly apps and interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and employed tools like Node, React/React Native, Redux, and GraphQL.

Before their consultancy role, Fredrik worked at Netlife Design as a Frontend Developer and Technology Lead from June 2015 to December 2017. Fredrik was responsible for frontend development and provided technical leadership.

From April 2012 to May 2015, Fredrik worked as the Chief Creative Officer (CCO) at Byte AS - Design- og teknologiselskapet. In this role, they led a team of 5 web/graphic designers/content strategists/copywriters, focusing on delivering great design and user experiences to help clients achieve their business goals.

Fredrik also gained experience as a Styremedlem at Grafill Interaktiv from October 2012 to September 2014. Fredrik actively contributed to creating a forum for the national professional community and building international networks in the field.

Fredrik'scareer started with roles as a Designer/Art Director at Inkognito AS from 2008 to April 2012, and as a Webdesigner/Graphic Designer during their freelance work from 2004 to 2011. Fredrik also worked as an Art Director/Designer at Coxit Public Relations from June 2006 to July 2008 and as a Graphic Designer at Appear Designstudio from June 2005 to June 2006.

Fredrik Jensen attended Norges Kreative Fagskole from 2003 to 2005, where they studied Grafisk design. Fredrik then enrolled at the University of Oslo (UiO) from 2002 to 2003, focusing on Expil./Exfac. After that, they pursued their education at Sandefjord videregående skole from 1998 to 2000, specializing in Musikk. Additionally, in 2011, they briefly attended BI Norwegian Business School, concentrating on Markedsføringsledelse.
