Dermott Madden is the Head of Sales & Customer Success at Vevox. Dermott was previously the Customer Success Manager at Lumi Global from January 2014 to February 2017. Before that, they were an Interactive Consultant at IML Worldwide from January 2004 to January 2014.

Dermott has extensive experience in helping companies increase and measure the value of the rich content generated within their events. A common function of their work is analysing the outcomes of the meeting to provide a meaurable ROI on the event. Dermott is passionate about helping companies use technology to transform, energise and enhance their meetings.

Dermott Madden has a Bsc(Hons) in Entertainment Technology (Multi-Media) from the University of Portsmouth.

Dermott Madden reports to Jon Fowler, CEO. They work with Peter Eyre - Managing Director, Marcus Wikars - CTO. Rebecca Gray - SDR Team Manager, Amie Fletcher - Customer Success Team Manager report to Dermott Madden.
