JP Kennedy is a seasoned leader currently serving as the Leader of Finance & People at Vexcel Corporation, a Microsoft Company, since 2022. Previously, JP held the role of Deputy Program Executive in the PMO at Vexcel from 2014 to 2022, overseeing a complex software-intensive program in a mission-critical environment. JP began their career as a Programmer Analyst at First Data Corporation, where they designed and managed projects from 1998 to 2005. They hold a degree in Management Science from Virginia Tech.
