Robert Tryon has worked in a variety of roles since 1982. Robert began their career at Ford Aerospace as an Analysis Engineer in 1982. Robert then moved to General Motors - Allison in 1985 as a Development Engineer. In 1996, they joined Persyst Development Group as a Senior Development Engineer. Finally, in 2000, they became Co-Founder and CTO of VEXTEC, and later served as Chairman.
Robert Tryon completed their PhD in Civil Engineering at Vanderbilt University between 1990 and 1996. Prior to this, they obtained a BSME from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology between 1977 and 1981.
