Mark H.

Mark H. has a diverse work experience in the real estate and construction industry. Mark started their career in 2006 as a Commercial Property Valuer at Herron Todd White, where they provided valuation services for a wide range of properties. From 2009 to 2010, they worked as a Valuation Surveyor at Langley Byers Bennett, specializing in leasehold reform and property valuations.

In 2011, Mark joined RiskWise Group Pty Ltd as an Investment Analyst, providing risk management and property development services. Mark then became Head of Property at RiskWise Capital, where they ensured financial expectations were met on various projects.

In 2012, Mark joined Heathley Limited as an Investment Director, offering investment opportunities to high income earners and high net worth individuals. Mark was involved in fund management and worked closely with the directors and managers of the company.

Mark's entrepreneurial spirit led him to co-found Veyor in 2017, a company that digitizes and revolutionizes construction project management processes. Mark served as a Director, overseeing the development of solutions that improve productivity and efficiency in the industry.

In 2019, Mark founded Propel Investment Group, which focuses on investing in and developing unique real estate products in markets with demand/supply imbalances. As the Director and Founder, they also personally invested in every deal.

Mark H. began their education by completing a Bachelor's degree in Business Management at The University of Queensland from 2002 to 2007. During this time, they specialized in Real Estate and Development. In 2008-2009, Mark pursued a Diploma in Property Development at the Property Council of Australia, focusing on Development Management. Later on, Mark pursued a Master's degree in Planning at the University of Technology Sydney, specializing in Planning and Real Estate Development Controls, which they completed in 2012.
