Aghammad Gunashov

Aghammad Gunashov has a diverse work history with experience in various industries. Aghammad began their career as a Public Relations Specialist at İstək liseyi from September 2014 to August 2018. Aghammad then worked as the Director of Marketing and Public Relations at Barattson from August 2018 to January 2019. Aghammad also owned their own company, EduMark, from July 2019 to November 2019. Aghammad then joined Vision Academy as the Marketing Director from May 2019 to November 2019. In 2019, Aghammad also worked as a Sales Trainer at FAB Paints & Chemicals Industry LLC from November 2019 onwards. Aghammad continued their Sales Trainer role at Omid from November 2019 to March 2023, and also served as the Head of Human Resources at Omid from February 2022 until present. Recently, they joined Veyseloglu Group of Companies in June 2023 as the Head of Training and Development Division. Aghammad also has experience as a Sales Trainer at Vision Academy from February 2023 to May 2023 and Khanoglu Training Center from January 2023 to May 2023. Aghammad also briefly served as the Managing Director at Khanoglu Training Center from April 2023 to June 2023, where they focused on sales, communication, and soft skills training.

Aghammad Gunashov has a Bachelor's degree in Public Relation and Advertising from Anadolu University. Aghammad also holds a Master's degree in Radio and Television from Baku State University.

In addition to their formal education, Aghammad Gunashov has obtained several certifications. In June 2022, they completed a certification in Human Resource Management from Business Management School. In March 2022, they became a Certified Training Professional through Deloitte. Aghammad has also obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including "Foundations of Corporate Training," "Sales Coaching," "Become an L&D Professional," "Brain-Based Elearning Design," "Interpersonal Communication," "Organizational Learning and Development," "Speaking Confidently and Effectively," "Talent Management," and "Using Neuroscience for More Effective L&D." Furthermore, they have completed the "Satış Koçluğu Eğitimi" certification twice, in July 2023, and holds the certification from Istanbul İşletme Enstitüsü.
