VF & Co. builds and operates production software for companies that depend on it to run.

We are a small senior team — engineers, analysts, and designers — delivering across the United States, Spain, Honduras, Jamaica, and the Caribbean. Our work spans hospitality and travel, fleet and logistics, education and nonprofit, e-commerce, aviation, and healthcare.

WHAT WE BUILD

• Web platforms — Go services and TypeScript PWAs on Google Cloud Run and Couchbase
• Agentic AI — model-agnostic orchestration on Anthropic Claude and Google Vertex AI, grounded in your own data and constrained by guardrails you control
• Legacy modernization — replacing systems that have outlived their architecture, without stopping the business
• Platform architecture — getting the foundations right before you scale on them

HOW WE WORK

Every engagement is principal-led. Our founder spent 23 years building an engineering organization from zero to 250+ people across four countries, finished as Group CIO, and still writes production code on every project.

Work is specified before it is built, and acceptance criteria are testable by construction. Our build gates have to prove they can fail before they are allowed to pass.

Every project starts on a shared Go platform we own outright — authentication, security middleware, structured logging, distributed cloud state, and AI orchestration — so client work begins where most projects finish their first quarter.
And our clients own what we build. Their code, their infrastructure, their accounts. We want to be a choice you keep making, not a dependency you are stuck with.
