Thomas Henning

Thomas Henning has extensive experience in the field of recruitment and sports analysis. Thomas is currently working as the Head of Recruitment at VfB Stuttgart since June 2023. Prior to this, they held the role of Leiter Scouting at SC Paderborn 07 GmbH & Co. KGaA from July 2020 to September 2023. From July 2015 to July 2020, Thomas was involved in scouting and video analysis at SG Dynamo Dresden. Thomas also worked as a Mitarbeiter sportliche Abteilung at Dynamo Dresden from September 2014 to July 2020. Thomas has earlier experience as a Freier Mitarbeiter at POS lifestyle GmbH from May 2011 to October 2013 and as an Außendienstmitarbeiter at InStat Sports Co. from September 2011 to June 2012, where they were responsible for customer acquisition and maintaining relationships with professional football clubs.

Thomas Henning pursued their education at Technische Universität Chemnitz from 2006 to 2012. During this time, they completed their Master of Arts (M.A.) degree with a focus on a combination of Sport Science and Business Science, specifically in the field of study known as "Kombinationsprofil Sportwissenschaften / Betriebswissenschaften."
