Bernd Osterloh

Bernd Osterloh serves as a Senior Advisor at HUMAN HMN GmbH since May 2024, and has been a member of the presidium and supervisory board at VfL Wolfsburg since 2005. Osterloh has had a longstanding tenure at Volkswagen Group, where roles included the chairman of the group works council and supervisory board member until retirement in April 2024. Previous positions also include senior advisor and board member for human resources at TRATON GROUP from 2013 to 2024, as well as membership in various supervisory boards including Volkswagen Belegschaft Stiftung and Autostadt GmbH from 2005 to 2023. Further involvement includes supervisory board memberships at SEAT, ŠKODA AUTO, and Porsche Holding from 2012 to 2021.
