Michael Hall possesses over 30 years of experience in service organizations, specializing in guiding customers through the design and implementation of solutions that leverage industry best practices for business insight and growth. Currently a Senior Consultant at VFP Consulting since September 2025, Michael previously served as a Consultant at CLD Partners and held various leadership roles at Hitachi Vantara, including Director of Business Operations and Strategy for Global Services, where responsibilities encompassed managing a $350M services business and overseeing a global team. Michael's extensive background includes building professional relationships across multiple departments, managing professional service automation tools, and maintaining operations in both North America and globally. Michael holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
