Helena Giles

Helena Giles is currently the President of TACT - The Association of Corporate Trustees and serves as Capital Markets Director at VG. Helena works for TMF in their Global Capital Markets Team as a Director of TMF Trustee Ltd, focusing on business development and technical expertise in complex new issuances and distressed transactions. Previously, Helena managed the Debt Corporate Trust team at Capita Trust Company and held various leadership roles in capital markets at Amicorp Group and other notable financial institutions. Helena's extensive experience in trustee services and corporate trust has been complemented by active representation in industry associations. Helena graduated with a BA Honours degree from the University of Leicester, majoring in Business Administration.
