Stuart Layzell has transitioned into non-executive and industry advisory roles, working with various investors across Europe to provide operational insights for pre-deal and portfolio opportunities. Currently, Stuart serves as Chairman at Sonata One, VG, LearnPro Group, and Republic M! Group, contributing to advancements in investor onboarding, fund administration, virtual reality training, and integrated software solutions. Previously, Stuart held significant leadership positions, including CEO at Ocorian, which grew to over 1,200 staff, and CFO at Tilney Bestinvest, where they drove an increase in assets under management from £4.5 billion to £21 billion. Stuart’s background also includes roles at Fourth, LDC, and PricewaterhouseCoopers, emphasizing expertise in value creation, strategy, and financial management.
