We are the italian talent acquisition platform where thousands of under-30s find jobs by learning, training and enriching their CVs.

🎯 Our Mission:
We want to bridge the skills and guidance gap between education and the world of work through Virtual Work Experience, virtual and simulated work experiences with the goal of engaging, inspiring, training and giving career prospects to top talent.

VGen is the ideal solution for companies looking to build a talent pipeline and find highly motivated and prepared candidates 🌟

We firmly believe that talent acquisition processes need more effective, interactive, and above all, meritocratic approaches. We want to make career guidance for the younger generation an engaging, free and educational path.

In addition, we are a national network of young talent under-35 that includes more than 65 Community Partners, including university associations, junior enterprises and clubs.

💪 If you are a student, recent graduate or young professional looking for free training and opportunities, join our Virtual Work Experience: https://www.vgen.it/

🏢 If you are a company and want to win the race for top talent, we are waiting for you on our platform as a Partner Company: https://www.vgen.it/for-companies/
