Lea Laubach

Lea Laubach is an experienced professional in human resources and talent management, currently serving as a Personalentwicklerin at Verkehrsgesellschaft Frankfurt am Main (VGF) since October 2022. Prior to this role, Lea held positions at KfW, including a trainee in HR and a Werkstudentin in Talent- and Competence Management, where contributions included the development of a corporate video platform and event planning. Earlier experience includes working with the DIPF Leibniz Institute for Educational Research, conducting educational psychological testing, and supporting various research projects. Lea holds a Master of Science in Work and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, both from Goethe University Frankfurt.
