Howard Payne

Howard Payne has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Howard began their career in 1996 as a Software Developer for Verizon, where their main responsibilities included software development, DBA duties for SQL Server 6.0/2000/2005, and System Administration duties for Windows Server NT4. In 2008, they moved to SAIC as an Applications Developer. In 2014, they took a role as Senior Application Developer for the Administrative Office of the United States Courts. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as a Licensed Realtor for Champion Realty, Inc. In 2019, they became President of Howard Payne. Howard currently serves as Chief Technology Officer for VG IT Services, a position they have held since 2020.

Howard Payne obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland between 1990 and 1995. Howard also attended Computer Learning Centers - Springfield, VA from 1988 to 1989 for Computer Programming. Howard Payne has also obtained several certifications, including a Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer in 2014, a Microsoft Specialist - Programming in HTML5, with JavaScript and CSS3 in 2014, a CompTIA - A+ in 2009, a Microsoft Certified Professional + Internet in 2002, and a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer in 1999.
