We work with service-based businesses and nonprofit organizations typically with up to 25 employees who are ready to build the internal structure their growth requires.
Our work spans four areas:
Business Operations Consulting:  Workflows, process design, organizational systems, and operational structure built for sustainable growth.
People Systems and Workplace Compliance: HR documentation, policy creation, onboarding, offboarding, harassment training, employee workshops, corporate wellbeing programs, and California labor law compliance. Payroll, benefits administration, and legal counsel are outside our scope.
Executive Coaching: Private coaching for founders, solopreneurs, and leadership teams navigating decisions, capacity, burnout, and growth.
Strategic Advisory and Fractional COO:  Ongoing senior-level operational partnership with project management and execution support for leaders who need a trusted partner consistently in their corner.
