Gizele Lim

Gizele Lim is an experienced professional in human resources and learning and development, currently serving as a People Partner at VGW since May 2021. Gizele has held various roles within VGW, including People Advisor and People Officer. Prior experience includes a managerial position at HOYTS Group from October 2008 to October 2022, and HR Administrator roles at St Bartholomew’s House and Silk Hospitality. Gizele also contributed as National Assessment Services Coordinator and Sourcing Advisor at Chandler Macleod Group, and as HR Coordinator at Vizstone Pty Ltd. Gizele holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Employment Relations, Management, and Psychology from The University of Western Australia and a Graduate Diploma in Psychology from Murdoch University.
