Gregory Laga

Gregory Laga is an experienced professional in customer relationship management and loyalty marketing, currently serving as the Head of CRM - Poker and Yield Lifestage at VGW since November 2016. Responsibilities include the development and execution of CRM and loyalty processes, managing segmentation and tactical marketing promotions to drive transaction growth and customer lifetime value. Previously, Gregory held multiple roles at Unibet Group from February 2006 to September 2016, including Customer Lifecycle Manager, where management of the customer journey and strategy execution across 16 markets was a key focus.
