Jason Sousa

Jason Sousa is an experienced Account Manager at VGW since June 2022, and previously held roles at Gateway Casinos and Entertainment Limited from May 2017 to June 2022, including Guest Services Supervisor and Customer Relations Host. With a strong background in customer service, Jason has successfully led teams, implemented marketing strategies, and enhanced guest experiences during challenging times, such as the COVID-19 pandemic. Prior to Gateway, Jason contributed significantly to the OLG as a HOST, where the Host program was developed, fostering lasting relationships with patrons. Jason's early career included a role as a Promotional Summer Cruiser Personality at 102.3 BOB FM. Jason holds diplomas in Radio Broadcasting and Recreation and Leisure Studies from Fanshawe College.
