Luke Clapson

Luke Clapson is a data science professional with extensive experience in machine learning and analytics. Currently serving as Data Science Manager at VGW since August 2019, Luke has progressed through roles including Senior Data Scientist and Data Scientist, focusing on the implementation of machine learning projects from definition to productionization using Python and DataBricks, with a particular interest in explainable AI. Prior to VGW, Luke spent time traveling and relocating to Australia, and held positions as an Analyst at CIL Management Consultants, Project Manager at Imperial Consulting Group, Carbon Capture Simulator Intern at ABB, and Summer Analyst at Goldman Sachs. Luke holds a Master of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College London, completed in 2017.
