Nicky Lima

Nicky Lima is a Senior Product Designer with over 5 years of experience in UX, CX, and product design, currently working at VGW. At Redbubble, Nicky contributed to AI-driven initiatives while enhancing user experiences and maintaining design consistency. Nicky has also held positions at Rome2rio, where they shaped seamless travel customer journeys, and Destinie AI, designing end-to-end experiences. Nicky’s earlier roles include UX Designer at Las Breakers and a Customer Experience Manager at Ten Lifestyle Group, showcasing a strong background in user-centered design. Nicky holds a diploma in Leadership and Management from the Australian Learning Training & Education Centre and trained in User Experience Design at General Assembly.
