Steven Lawrence has extensive experience in customer relationship management and loyalty marketing, currently serving as VP CRM and Head of Loyalty Marketing at VGW since February 2016, where responsibilities include defining data-driven marketing strategies for existing customers and scaling the Loyalty Marketing function. Prior to VGW, Steven held the position of Head of Sportsbook CRM at William Hill from September 2010 to January 2016, managing CRM strategies across multiple foreign language markets. Additional roles include CRM Manager at Stan James, where marketing plans were developed and key metrics delivered within budget constraints, and a contract role at Betfred focused on revitalizing acquisition and CRM strategies. Earlier experience also includes overseeing CRM strategy at Littlewoods Gaming. Steven holds an MA in Marketing from Liverpool John Moores University and a BSc in Business and Management from Lancaster University.
