Craig Wise

Craig Wise has a robust background in compliance and housing management, with notable experience in various roles. At KRS Holdings, Inc. from July 2011 to January 2018, Craig managed over 3,000 residential and commercial properties, overseeing accounts payable and receivable, ensuring compliance with the Virginia Tenant and Landlord Act, and providing legal representation in jurisdictional proceedings. From February 2018 to January 2021, Craig served as Housing Manager for the Hopewell Redevelopment and Housing Authority, where responsibilities included rent collection and processing rent adjustment requests.
