David Layman

David Layman, CPM, CAM, is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in asset and property management. Currently serving as a Senior Asset Manager at VHDA since March 2005, David previously held the role of Portfolio Manager at Thalhimer from March 2002 to March 2005, where management encompassed both commercial and residential properties. Prior experience includes serving as Property Manager at Beacon Residential from October 1997 to March 2002 at Bramblewood Estates in Richmond, VA, and holding various positions at Summit Properties from December 1994 to October 1997, including Leasing Consultant, Assistant Manager, and Property Manager. David earned a BS in Property Management from Virginia Tech between 1990 and 1994.
