Heather Weidner

Heather Weidner is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience, primarily at the Virginia Housing Development Authority (VHDA) since October 2005. Currently serving as the Quality Assurance and Governance Manager, Heather oversees the Quality Assurance and Governance department, ensuring adherence to IT governance plans. Previously, Heather held the position of Acting Enterprise Change Manager, facilitating the implementation of a new governance structure. Other roles include Manager of Testing and Product Assurance, Testing and Product Assurance Analyst, and Project Management Specialist at VHDA, as well as Senior Technical Writer at Whitman Requardt and Associates, LLP. Heather's educational background includes a Master of Arts in English from the University of Richmond and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Virginia Wesleyan University, complemented by additional studies at Old Dominion University.
