Julia Perkinson

Julia Perkinson has extensive experience in both the legal and finance sectors, with a career spanning over four decades. Since 1984, Julia has served as the Direct Originations Coordinator and Grant Administrator at the Virginia Housing Development Authority (VHDA). Prior to this role, Julia worked as a paralegal for 14 years at a law firm in Arlington and several law firms in Richmond, VA, and also held a position as a sales associate for three years. Julia holds an Associate's Degree in Accounting from George Mason University and a paralegal degree from the Washington DC Business School, along with a high school diploma from Spotsylvania High School.
