Kari Kyger

Kari Kyger is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Lead Desktop Support Analyst at Virginia Housing since November 2021, where responsibilities include leading the Remote Desktop Support Team and providing end-user support for agencies in the VITA partnership. Previously, Kari worked as a Senior Information Technician Shift Lead at 22nd Century Technologies Inc. from August 2018 to November 2021, and served as a Computer Support Technician at Northrop Grumman from July 2006 to November 2017. Earlier experience includes a role as a Computer Support Technician at Virginia Information Technologies Agency from November 2004 to June 2006, focusing on desk-side and remote support as well as managing refresh cycles. Kari's education includes completion of training at New Horizons Computer Learning Centers in 2018.
