Phil Cunningham

Phil Cunningham is a Tax Credit Allocation Officer at Virginia Housing with previous experience as a Project Manager at Better Housing Coalition. In their role, Phil has extensive experience in grant and financing applications, Low Income Housing Tax Credits, single-family project management, Section 3 coordination, and research to create successful project outcomes. Phil also served as Co-Director at Rag & Bones Bicycle Cooperative and held leadership roles in student organizations at Virginia Commonwealth University.
