Sheel has worked in the IT industry for over 8 years. Sheel began their career in 2012 at MediSigma as an Executive, where they were responsible for headhunting software engineers, software test engineers, program managers, web developers, and other IT related positions. Sheel then moved to Zolon Tech Inc. in 2013, where they worked as a Senior Executive and was responsible for meeting the requirements of direct clients such as AT&T, Real Networks, Kellogg's, and LabCorp. Sheel also worked extensively on a cloud-based CRM tool called Job Diva. In the same year, Sheel joined eProxim as a Lead Consultant/Manager of Sales/Recruitment and Business Development-MSP/VMS. Finally, in 2014, Sheel became the Director of Customer Relations, Delivery & Operations at VHL Technologies Inc.

Sheel has obtained two Master's degrees from Grand Canyon University. The first degree is in Business Administration, Management and Operations, and the second degree is in Business Analytics.
